This ULTRA5G Trial (“ULTRA5G Trial”) is provided by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) from 7 April 2026 until further notice.

ULTRA5G Trial is provided according to the Terms and Conditions of U Mobile eSIM, the Terms of Service of the Postpaid or Prepaid services (as the case may be) which includes our Privacy Notice, these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on /. Upon activation, you are deemed to have read, unconditionally accepted and be bound by the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
Eligibility
1. The ULTRA5G Trial is available for Malaysian citizens and holders of MyKad, MyKAS, MyPR, MyTentera.
2. The ULTRA5G Trial is not available to existing U Mobile customers. Individuals who have previously subscribed to any U Mobile services, regardless of current subscription status, are also not eligible to redeem this offer.
3. The ULTRA5G Trial may only be redeemed once, for the lifetime of the offer.
Registration and Activation
1. ULTRA5G Trial (with QR code and QR-less eSIM) is available via MyUMobile App. Upon successful registration, you can download and install eSIM via the app or via eSIM QR email.
2. You must ensure that your device has a stable internet connection and is updated (iPhone: iOS 12 and above; Android: Android 8 and above).
3. If you lose internet connection during registration and activation, you are deemed to have already redeemed the ULTRA5G Trial.
4. Only one (1) device is supported at a time. The eSIM profile is non-transferable. Switching devices requires a new eSIM Activation Kit.
5. If the device is stolen or damaged, please contact U Mobile immediately to deactivate the ULTRA5G Trial.
