1. U Home 5G Promo Rebate is a U Home 5G Sim-only contract that provided by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile").

 

2. By accepting this offer, You agree to be bound by all terms relating to the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Notice, the relevant U Home 5G Plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on www.u.com.my and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).

 

3. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the offer, modify or otherwise change the Terms.

 

4. We reserve the right to reject any participation or subscription at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

 

5. Eligibility

a. This Offer is open to selected U Mobile Postpaid plan subscribers only, who:
(i) are Active principal line holders (“Active” means able to make and receive calls);
(ii) are of age 18 years and above; and
(iii) received an SMS from U Mobile (“Notification”); or received MyUMobile app push notification (“MyUMobile App”) for subscribers who have downloaded the MyUMobile App.

 

6. U Home 5G Promo Rebate
To subscribe to this offer,

• You can click ‘Take Up This Promo Rebate’ notification on the MyUMobile App (“Reply”) during the Campaign Period or
• you will receive call from our dedicated agent.
 
a. The subscribers who successfully subscribed to the U Home 5G Promo Rebate will enjoy the benefit with a commitment period & subject to the terms & conditions of the offer.

b. The offer is not applicable if you have outstanding payment with us.

c. This campaign shall not apply to customers who are currently subscribed to any other rebate promotion, except for U Home 5G Promo Discount.

 

7. Commitment Period & Early Termination Charges

a. The U Home 5G Promo Rebate will be subjected to a commitment period (“Commitment Period”) which is the duration of the period that you enjoy the benefit.

b. Commitment period will start from the subscription date of Special Promo.

c. Subscriber shall NOT during the commitment period:
i. Terminate/suspend your U Home 5G plan or port out to another mobile service provider.
ii. Change or transfer ownership of this offer.
 
 
d. If any of the event in clause 7 above occurs, this U Home 5G Promo Rebate will be terminated, and you shall pay us early termination charge based on below:

8. General

a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.

b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.

c. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

f. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
