1. The ULTRA Businesss WatchShare service is provided by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) (“Service”). The Service enables the sharing of your existing Postpaid plan with a compatible smartwatch device for domestic usage, including voice calls and data access.

  2. By subscribing to or using this Service, the General Postpaid Terms of Service, terms and conditions of the respective ULTRA Business Postpaid plans and these additional terms and conditions including our Privacy Notice, will apply (collectively, the “Terms”), all of which are available on www.u.com.my.

  3. Eligibility
  4. 3.1 Device Compatibility

    You can use the Service only on the following compatible devices and software versions (each an “Eligible Device”):

    1. (a) For Samsung - L325FXXS1AYH6/L325FOLB1AYH6/L325FXXS1AYH6/ L505FXXS1AYH6 / L505FOLB1AYH6 / L505FXXS1AYH6/L335FXXS1AYH6 / L335FOLB1AYH6 / L335FXXS1AYH6
    2. (b) For Huawei – Huawei Health App for Huawei & Android users  with version 16.0.8.300 and above and iOS users with version 16.0.8.318 and above
    3. (c) For Apple – iPhone 11 or later, running on iOS 26.4 or later & Apple Watch Series 6 GPS + Cellular or later, running on WatchOS 26.4 or later

    We may from time to time change the device requirements for the Service at our absolute discretion.

    You are responsible to ensure that you have a compatible Eligible Device when you sign up for the Service.


    3.2 Eligible Postpaid Plans

    In order to subscribe to the Service, you must have signed up for any of the following U Mobile Postpaid plans:

    • ULTRA Business 68
    • ULTRA Business Reserve Pro
    • ULTRA Business Reserve Elite

    (collectively “Eligible Plans”)

    U Mobile reserves the right to vary the list of Eligible Plans at any time without prior notice.


    3.3 Account Status

    You must ensure that :-

    1. (a) your ULTRA Business Postpaid account remains Active. “Active” means able to make and receive calls; and
    2. (b) there is no outstanding payment shown in your Postpaid bill at the time of subscription and throughout the use of the Service.

    3.4 The Service is not available in the event of:

    1. (a) Change of ULTRA Business Postpaid rate plan;
    2. (b) Conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid plan;
    3. (c) Transfer of ownership; or
    4. (d) SIM replacement.

  5. Service Availability and Limitations
  6. 4.1 The Service is available for use within Malaysia only. International roaming is not available.

    4.2 The Service operates solely on U Mobile’s 4G LTE and 5G network.

    4.3 There is no separate quota for voice and data provided under the Service. All voice and data usage will be deducted from your principal ULTRA Business Postpaid plan’s quota.


  7. Monthly Fees
  8. 5.1 A monthly subscription fee of RM18 (“Monthly Fees”) will be applicable for use of the Service and will be charged to your ULTRA Business Postpaid account.

    5.2 The Monthly Fees will be prorated depending on your Postpaid billing cycle.


  9. General
  10. 6.1 We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Service, modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.

    6.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the ULTRA Business Postpaid Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail in relation to the Service.
