2. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes are available to all ULTRA Business Postpaid subscribers (principal and member lines) except for ULTRA Business Postpaid Lite plans and ULTRA Business WiFi subscribers.
   
   
3. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes cannot be transferred to any other mobile numbers.


4. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes offered are based on the partnership with our preferred roaming network operator in selected countries /en/business/mobile-internet/mobile-plans/roaming.


5. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes are provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form relevant to you. You must comply with those terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Notice, the relevant postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), all of which are available on www.u.com.my.


6. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change the Terms including the charges or list of network operators and countries without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.


7. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.


8. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes are available from 20 December 2024 until further notice.
    

Purchase and Activation

1. To enjoy the Multi-Day Roaming Passes, you must:
   

   a. Ensure that your international roaming service is activated before you travel; and

   b. Connect to our preferred roaming operator’s network when you are on roaming in eligible countries.



2. If you do not connect to any preferred roaming operator’s network, you will not be able to use the internet while on roaming.


3. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes purchased shall only be valid in the selected countries. Travelling to other countries (outside of the selected countries) will result in automatic subscription to either U Mobile’s 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 if you have not disabled roaming access on your devices.


4. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes will not be automatically activated and can be purchased through MyUMobile App
   

    
   

   
   
5. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes will follow its respective validity (as specified in Table A) upon successful purchase.


6. If you have purchased two (2) Multi-Day Roaming Passes at the same time with different validity, the latest purchased Roaming Pass supersedes the existing one.

Charges

1. The detailed Multi-Day Roaming Passes structure and charges are as set out in Table A.


2. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes, all international roaming charges and availability of countries for roaming are subject to change. Please refer to /en/business/mobile-internet/mobile-plans/roaming#multi-day-roaming or the MyUMobile App for the latest applicable charges and availability of countries before leaving Malaysia.


3. You will be charged on top of your monthly postpaid charges once you have purchased any of the Multi-Day Roaming Passes.


4. For ULTRA Business Postpaid subscribers (except ULTRA Business Postpaid Lite plans and ULTRA Business WiFi subscribers), the Multi-Day Roaming Passes will be available to all principal and member lines.
