The ULTRA Business WiFi Fixed IP (“Service”) is an add-on to your subscribed ULTRA Business WiFi plan (“Plan”) that provides a Fixed Public IP address.
The Service is supplied according to the Terms of Service of the Plan. You must comply with those Terms of Service, including our Privacy Notice and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”), all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
Once the Service is applied to your Plan, you will be assigned a Fixed Public IP address that will remain active for as long as your Plan is active.
The Fixed Public IP address is non-transferable between different accounts or service plans. If you switch to another plan, a new Fixed Public IP address may be assigned.
If you terminate your Plan, the Fixed Public IP address assigned to you will be permanently revoked and cannot be reactivated under any future plans.
The subscription fee for the Service is RM50.00 per month, billed according to your billing cycle. There is no proration for mid-cycle activation or termination, and the fee is non-refundable, even if the Service is not utilized.
For subscribers of ULTRA Business WiFi 68 and ULTRA Business WiFi Borneo 68, you must configure the correct APN settings on your compatible device or router to access the Service.
The Service will continue until terminated by you or until terminated by us according to the Terms.
We reserve the right to cease, alter, cancel, suspend, or substitute the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by you (including negligence) as a direct or indirect result of such cessation, alteration, cancellation, suspension or substitution.
